Our advanced Social Media coaching sessions are aimed at those who are familiar with the mechanics of social media and the key platforms, but would like to take their approach to the next level.
This course incorporates the fundamentals of the main social media channels, along with theory on content marketing and how to build an effective brand online. The course also an in-depth look into social media monitoring, engagement and analytics tools and show how to gather valuable insight to feedback into campaigns and demonstrate real ROI.
Delegates will understand how to deal with negative mentions, risk management, tracking trends and metrics, social media policies, and much more. Following our sessions, you will develop a broader knowledge and understanding of social media and so help you develop your own advanced strategy for your content and brand.
This course takes place over half a day and we offer sessions on evenings or weekends to suit your individual needs.
